ENGLISHMEN v. QUEENSLAND AND N. S. WALES.

(PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.} Brisbane, Feb. 19 Rain fell last night, and though it cleared up to-day the wicket was sticky and bumpy, and the bowlers, especially Richardson, had it nearly all their own way. Iredale, who went in fourth, carried his bat out for 30, that being the highest score. Jones and Bradley were unable to bat. The innings closed for 86, thus leaving the Englishmen victorious by 278 runs.
