Encouragement to School Children.
(PKB PBE93 ASSOCIATION.) Wkllinqton. February 18. A circular has been issued by the Rail way Department to those interested tc the effect that in future school excur^ sions, in order to give a treat tochildrer of indigent parents, ten per cent of the children of any school will be carried free. Free tickets are to be the reward for diligence shown by such children ir school studies and the master is to de cide to whom they shall be issued.
