FIJIANS v. WELLINGTON.
Wellington, February 16. The local men went in again, but did not close their innings soon enough, waiting until 61 had been scored for the loss of 2 wickets —Cross 28 and Holdship 21. The result was that with two hours to play Wellington just managed to let the match slip out of their grasp Stumps were drawn at 6.30 with the score at 89 for nine wickets. The match ' was therefore drawn. The Fijian team left by the Monowai for Napier to-night. i i
