♦ (Per Press Association). Nelson, Februaiy 13. Two men were fined to-day at the Magistrate's Court for killing trout with dynamite. At tlii- district meeting of Foresters it was resolved to establish an old age pension fund. Dunkdin, February 13. Mr Thantry Harris, proprietor of the Bruce Herald died last night. Auckland, February 13. At the sitting of the Presbyterian Assembly to-day, the statistics read showed an increase in members and finances. The ordinary income is i' 27,713 ; foreign missions, i'69o ; and church extension, £484. The debt on the Church property is £27,427.
