Apiti Dairy Factory.

A meeting of the Directors of the above was held on the 11th inst. Mr Nix occupied the chair, and there j was a full attendance of Directors. Mr J. Gould was elected a share holder in place of Mr Robert Stewart, resigned. The number of shares applied for, (about 400) were allotted. The Articles of Association were ordered to be printed by Messrs Kir ton and Curtis, the successful tenderers It was resolved That the first allotment of shares be 600 ; and that Messrs Vicary, Nix, Buckuian and Prince be a committee to go into the plans and specifications, and report at the next meeting, which is to be held on the 20th inst. The chairman stated that Mr Ca wood's site was purchased on Tuesday last, and it was probable that after ; the next meeang tenders would be I called for the erection of the buildings. A vote of thanks to the chair term mated the procfiediugs.
