(Per Press Association.* Sydney, February 12. Tiie Rev. James Clarke, of St George's Churcb, Kogarah, appealed to the full Court against the recent decision of Mr Justice Innes, dismissing appellant's application calling on his mother-in-law to deliver up his wife, "whom he alleged had boon forcibly abducted from the parsonage and was being detained against her will. The full Court, however, dismissed tho appeal.
