Feilding Cycling Club.

A meeting of the above Club was held last evening for the purpose of receiving g nominations, etc., in connection with the forthcoming sports. Five new members were elected, and 1 a donation of £2 2s was received from Mrs Hastie, towards tbe Club's funds. The Secretary reported that he had received over one hundred nominations for the various events to be run on the 20th instant, many being from outsiders. < The result of the nominations was \ considered highly satisfactory, especially as the Club is such a young one, and the j coming meeting will be the first which , the Club has attempted to get up. 1 After conversing over various matters i in connection with the sports the ] meeting adjourned. i
