A Russian Visitor.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, February 6. The Premier has been informed that a Russian nobleman has arrived at Auckland tq mak.e enquiries respecting this , polony, and that he "will shortly arrive in Wellington It is believed his. special mission is to report as to the population, sources qf industry and its suitability as ground for Russian immigration.
