(Per Press Association.) ' Cmj§TCfijjsc}i, Jfaprnary Q r Janics Hadfjeld, licensee of tbe IJoyal Hotel, was obayged this morning with alleged Sunday trading. The evidence showed that tno defendant had treated some friends and that no sale took place. The Magistrate reserved his decision in order to look up authorities ou the point as to whether a licensee could treat his frieuas aui'iog pi-Qhititea bouts.
