L) EVENTS, viz. : 1-Mile Maiden HauO dicap (open) ; 1, 2, 8, and 5-Mile Open Handicaps ; Hall-Mile Novelty Race ; President's Handicap (open to members of F.C.C. only) ; and, should time allow, a Consolation Handicap. A procession of Cyclists, headed by the Feildiug Brass Band, will leave Manchester Square for tho Oval at 1 p.m. All Cyclists cordially invited to join. First race to commence at 1.00 p.m., sharp.
