ANOTHER DIFFICULTY BREWING. (Per Press Association.) Sydney, Tbis Daj. A majority ofthe Newcastle miners' lodges are persistently (?) paying the; increased strike levy of 10 per ceht. They state the strike fund is now so low that it will be insufficient to meet the next instalment of the pay. There are evident signs of disintegration amongst the members of the Miners' Association. A conference of Unionists and nonUnionists is being arranged, at which a proposal will be made to admit the latter to the Union at reduced rates,.
