OFFICERS AND CREW ACCUSED OF COWARDICE. (Per Press Association.) Rotterdam, Feb. 3. The officers and crew of the steamer Craithie, in reply to a question of the Court, were unaninmous in the declaration that they were unaware the Elbe was sinking. London, February 4.
