The Elbe Disaster.
OFFICERS AND CREW ACCUSED OF COWARDICE. (Per Press Association.) Rotterdam, Feb. 3. The officers and crew of the steamer Craithie, in reply to a question of the Court, were unaninmous in the declaration that they were unaware the Elbe was sinking. London, February 4. The American survivors accuse the officers and crew of the Elbe of cowardice and brutality.
