» The regular meeting of the, above was held yesterday. Present — The Commissioner (in the chair \ Messrs W. A. Fiizherbert, T. W. Fi.-her, A. W, Hogg, M.H.R., and Fred. Pirani, M H.B-. The following titles were approved : — J. Henson, section 49, Block XI, j Ongo ; W. Russell, section 2, Block j XII, On^o; A. J. Abbia, section 78, Block VIT, Hngo; T. W Fisher, sections 6, 16, 18, Blocks XII and VII, Ongo. Title to be approved, if conditions complied with — E H. Crabb, section 60, Block XI, Ongo. Transfers approved — G. F. Carter and others to J Collinson an'l another, section 63, Block XI, Apiti ; J. Shaw to L. A Shaw, section 2, Block IX, Hautapu ; F. Scandlyn and another to W. T. Morpeth, section 4, Block XV, Hautapu. Transfer approved, providing con ditions complied with — A. MeNaughton and another to J Martin, section 16 Block VIII, Apiti. Capitalisation approved — T R. Tyreman, section 2, Block XI. Apiti. Schedule of applications to surrender farm homestead sections — F. E. Mann, section 7, Block VII, Salisbury; E.C., L., F R., T.E , and C. Simpson, Delaware Association ; A. McGibhon, section 2, Block VIII, Pohangina Association ; G. Currie, section 3, Block VH ; A. M. Beauchamp, section 34, Block VII. Mr Alfred Williscrnfr waited on the Board in referee-) 1 !o ths payment of his rent on Lsect.ion 22, Block XII, Salisbury Association, and asked for consideration — The matter was de ferred until the petitions are dealt with. Applications to transfer sections in the Fruitgrowers' Association at Wai kanae were postponed till next meeting. R. Sharman'a application to take H. Hopkins as a partner in section 36, Horowhenua, was agreed to. W. and J. Rod's application to transfer eeetion 20, Block X, Apiti, from small grazing run to lease in perpetuity was granted. Edward Bourke's application to lease section 12a, Block VIII, Momo. haki, at os per acre, was agreed to for one year, the land to be then offered for competition. It was decided to offer section 3 A, 40 acres, near Jackeytown, and a section of 2580 acres near Martoa for sale by auction. Mrs Shutles was granted a tiUe for sectious 1264, 1267, and 1269, Bunny thorpe. • A milliner of applications for extension of time to pay arrears of rent were granted. The Ranger was instructed to report upon H. W. Hargreave's application for title for section 33, Block 2, Apiti.
