A LOAN OF 100,000,000 DOLLAKS. [PEE PBE9S ASSOCIATION. • IS ew Yobk, January 30. The "World states that President Cleveland intends to raise a loan of 100,000,000 dollars, repayable in thirtyyears. Washington, Jan. 30. The House of Representatives has repealed the differential sugar duties. In Committee in the Senate an amendment has been tabled to appropriate half a million dollars to the cost of laying the cable to Hawaii.
