Memoranda. ♦ A single gentleman advertises for two rooms and separate board in a private family. Mr Woollams, chemist, has a new advertisement in to-day, to which we direct the attention of our readers. Entries for Messrs Gorton and Son's sale at Waituna on Wednesday next. The list is a lengthy one. The bankruptcy of Adolph Goldfinch, is announced. The first meeting of creditors will be held in Feilding on the sth instant. Mr Thomas A. Bryce, of Kiwitea, advertises yearling to eighteen month heifers and steers for sale, also seyeral fat and forward cows. A replace advertisement from the manager of Plimmerton House, appears to-day. This really excellent sea side resort is daily increasing in popularity. During the last few days Messrs Spence and Speuce have been busy getting their stock re-marked. They are making great preparations for their First Annual Stock-taking Sale. Immense quantities of stuff must be cleared out before stock-taking, and they are determined the prices will do it.'-'AdYt.
