Judge Williams' Retirement.
(Per Press Association.) London, January 29. The Daily Chronicle condemns the removal of Judge Williams as the most serious scandal in the annals of British justice in this century. It demands that he shall be instantly replaced. Other newspapers publish articles in a similar strain.
