A Bank Clerk Shoots Himself.

(Per Press Association). Wellington. January 25. News has been received that Kitchener accountant of the National Bank at Tauranga, shot himself in the head at 2.30 to-day. He is still alive, but there is little hope of his recovery. The. doctors have a fair hope of Kitchener's recovery. He had been in delicate health, but appeared better since his removal to Tauranga. Great sympathy is felt for Mrs Kitchener, his mother, whose grief is great. She lost her husband and two children in a fire at Dunedin.
