Wool Sales.
RISE IN PRICES. (Per Press Association.) Timaru, January 22. At the second wool sales today pricts were from }d to Id higher than at the previous sale. Course wools were in woit demand. Prices were : Halfbred, 4d to 7£d ; crossbred, 5d to 7£d ; three-quarter bred, 4£a to 7}d ; Lincoln, to 6£d ; matted and cotted wools, to 6£d ; merino, 3Jd to s^d.
