Tame and Co. report as follows :— Fat sheep— The market for fat sheep is quiet. We quote fat wethers, 9s to 9s 6d ; medium 78to 8s ; fat lambs are in good demand, prime, 7s ; medium 5s to 5s 6d ; store sheep, wethers, 6s to 7s 6d ; ewes 5s to 6s. Horses — We sold harness horses mostly aged at £8, £8 10_, £ 10, £11 lOs and _Jl2 was refused for express sorts ; hacks were sold at £5, £6, and £1 10s all for aged horses. No draughts were entered. We offer next Saturday some first class harness horses from the country all by picked sires and a grand lot Sheepskins are in good demand, and pelts sell at from 9d to ls 3d ; dry crossbreds, 3d to 4|d per ?b. Grain — Wheat no change to report, inill--2s 7d ; medium, 2s 4d ; fowl wheat 2s sd. Oats— Demand is fairly brhk and we quote prime short oats, Is 8d to. Is 10d ; good feed 15.6d.t0-.ls 7d sacks extra.
