The New Anglican Bishop.

It has been arranged that the service at which the new Bishop of Wel lington is to be consecrated shall take place in the Pro Cathedral at half past 10 o'clock in the morning and the installation ceremony at half-past 7 in tho evening. Tbe Bishop of Salisbury, and the Bishops of Melanesia, Auckland, Waiapu, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin will be present at the consecration ceremony, and the Bishop of Salisbury will preach. The new Bishop will preach after his installation in the evening. Napier, This Day. The South Sea Mission schooner Southern Cross has arrived from Norfolk Island with the Bishop of Melanasia, who comes to attend the consecration of Bishop Williams next Sunday.
