A choir, consisting of a number of young people from Waituna, sang a number of hymus from Sankey's books, Miss Murray presiding at the organ. Misses Wallis (2) and Mr Brown sang a trio, Miss Wallis playing the violin. The Misses Wallis also sang " There shall be Showers of Blessing." Mr Jolly and Mr A. Pearce sang " What are the Wild Waves saying?" Mrs Jolly and Miss Armstrong (of Marton) also sang a duet during the evening.
