0 (Per Press Association.) London, January 14. Mr J. F. O'Brien declares that before the split in the Irish party the Radical Committee, with Parnell's sanction, collected _?3500. After Parnell's death the party declined to take the money, but accepted £2000 from Lord Tweedmouth, when he was a member of the House, for the relief of evicted tenants.
