The process excites much interest, and it is considered, if it will always yield equal results, will revolutionise the trade' to the amount of £9 person, Had it arrived before' Christmas it would have sold for 112s per cwt. The portion of the butter cargoes packed in the cellar was of inferior cfcah'ty,*aud bad gone off.
