■•■ Notice is given by the Kiwitea County Council that at a special meeting to be held on Saturday, the 19th dayofJanuary, 1895, it is proposed to confirm special orders adopted at a meeting of the Council held on Saturday, the 15th December. For payment of interest at 5 per cent, for 26 years on a loan of £1000 to be borrowed under " Tne Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for the construction of Perry's road, and Haynejs road between Kimbolton and Mackey s road», a special rate of one farthing in the £ will be levied on the sections in the Oroua Ridings as specified in the advertisement. For a loan of £300 for the construction of a portion of Hnyne's road, in the Makino riding, it is proposed to levy a special rale of one»eifehth of a penny in the £ on various sections within the said ridingj^^^
