An Absconder and his Victims.
(Per Press Association.) Washington, January 11. The treasurer of the South Dakota has absconded, leaving a deficit of 350,000 dollars and the State in a 1 bankrupt condition. His embezzlements have also caused the failure of the National Bank of Dakota.
