* UNION BANK OF AUSTRALIA. THE ENGLISH NAVAL VOTE. [PEB PEES 3 ASSOCIATION. I London, Janaary 11. The Union Bank of Australia has declared a dividend of six per cent, and carried forward £14,000. It is reported that to-day's Cabinet anauimously adopted the Government programme, and the discussion between Sir Veruon Harcourtand Lord Rosebery, respecting the Naval vote, is denied. The Rnahine, from Wellington (Nov. 29), arrived at Plymouth yesterday with her cargo of meat in good condition. Paeis, January 11. French financers are freeb supporting Mr Hifiginson's scheme to ship New Caledonian iron ore to Sydney.
