Good Templars of Apiti.
A very successful concert was given by the above order on Saturday last, sth January, in Mr Guy's Hall. The following programme was gone through : —Song, "Good old Jeff," Bro B. A. Miller ; song, " British Soldier's Grave," Bro. D. S. Prince ; recitation, " Only a Pin," Bro. A. Curtis ; song, " Beautiful Home," Sister F. S. Guy; song, "A. Boy's Best Friend is His Mother," Bro. F. A. Miller ; song, " I'll be All Smiles Tonight," Sister Buckman; song, "The Old Folks at Home," Sister C. Miller ; song, "Lannigan's Ball," Bro. W. Burke ; song, " Little Sunshine," Sister D. S. Prince ; song, " The Old Log Cabin in the Lane, 11 Sister J. Buckman ; song, " The Ship That Never Returned," Bro. C. S. Potts ; reading, " Betsy and I," Bro. F. S. Guy ; song, " John Peel," Bro. T. York ; recitation, " The Better Land," Sister E. Rankin ; reading. Sister E. Rankin ; reading, Sister D. McKenzie, Sister J. Buckman and Bro. H. Miller played the accompaniments. Bro. Guy proposed a hearty vote of thanks Bro. W. Watson for haviug takeu the chair. Refreshments were handed round during the evening.
