[PBE PBESS ASSOCIATION.! Christchuhch, January 7. The Canterbury Progressive Liberal Association received a reply from the Premier to the resolution regarding the establishment in Christchurch of a school for domestic instruction. Mr Seddon says the resolution has been forwarded to the Minister of Education and adds that the movement has his entire sympathy. He thinks it a step in the right direction, in fact, in his opinion technical education is neglected in the colony to a great extent, vrhile higher edncation has received the utmost attention.
