Wood resigned the remainingjjames ow- | ing to ill health. Mackay (Wellington), wins the championship, Cocks (Wellington), second, and the third place will be decided by the game to be played on Monday between Barnes (Wellington), and Edwards (Dunedin). The delegates were entertained last evening. ,
