Wellington Woollen Company.
At the board meeting of the Wellington Woollen Company yesterday afternoon it was decided by the directors to reply to the report of tho Investigation Committee by a printed statement which will be distributed to each shareholder. The direotors aleo uuaimously resolved to resign in a body, and so give the shareholders — with both statements before them, that of committee and directors - the opportunity to say whether they still retain the confidence of the shareholders or not.— Times.
