Cricket News.
A match was played at Feilding yesterday afternoon between teams representing the Wanganui Collegiate School and the Feilding Club. Feilding went to the wickets first and were all disposed of for 31 runs, the School following, put together 58 There was not sufiicient time to play out the second innings and when the stumps were drawn Feilding had scored 68 runs for 9 wickets, the game ending in favor of Wanganui on the first innings. While wicket keeping Treseder (Feilding) was struck in the forehead by the ball and had to retire, C. FitzHerbert being put on in bis place. Messrs H. L.
