The Wool Markets.
HEAVY DECLINE IN PRICES. IFEB PBBBB ASSOCIATION .1 Christohurch, December 14. The second wool sale of the season commenced this morning, when 15,200 bales were catalogued. Bidding for fleece wool was spiritless, and little was sold, the wool disposed of being chiefly fellmongers' lots. There was a general decline in value, as compared with those at the last sale, of from £d to ?d per lb. Sydney, This Day. In November last year wool sold locally averaged £10 3s per bale, while this year's average was only J£B 12s.
