ANOTHER SCENE IN "THE REICHSTAG. THE EMPEROR CHARGED WITH HYPOCRISY. (Per Press Association). Beblin. December 13. Herr Leibknecht made a violent attack on the Kaiser in the Reichstag, boldly inveighed against his policy, and condemned his hypocrisy. The statement caused another scene. The Reichstag refused the application to prosecute the Socialists for refusing to choer the Kaiser.
