The Japauoso occupied Foochow, iv the Gulf of Siam Toug, practically without bloodshed, their attack being unopposed by the Chinoso, who aro rotroatiug to Now Chwaug. Tho Garrison of Woihaiwoi has auuounced that they will dosort if attacked. It is roported that the Japanoso divisions have landed on the shores of tho Pechili, aud have taken up a position near Taku. Tho Japanese who landed botwoou Taku and Ahem Hai Kuoon avo boliovod to bo advaucing on Pekiu.
