Tho Garrison of Woihaiwoi has auuounced that they will dosort if attacked. It is roported that the Japanoso divisions have landed on the shores of tho Pechili, aud have taken up a position near Taku. Tho Japanese who landed botwoou Taku and Ahem Hai Kuoon avo boliovod to bo advaucing on Pekiu.
