The Tax Commissioner's Services.
(Pee Press Association). Wellington, This Day. Mr McGowan, Tax Commissioner, having assisted the New South Wales Ministry to frame their Land and Income Tax Bill, has been requested to visit Melbourne for the purpose of getting the machinery of a similar department there ready. The Government have granted him leave, and he will take his departure for Victoria next month. .
