(Per pre.ss Association) St. Petersburg, November 27. The banda stationed at intervals along the streets greeted the Czar with the National An them. The crowd heartily cheered the Prin« cess of Wales and her guests. A salute of 30 guns was fired upon the completion of the marriage servioe. The Czar gave dinners to 40000, of the poor in memory of the occasion. There is popular amazement here at the Czar and Czarina driving about with, out any guard. They have been welcomed everywhere with immense enthusiasm and on passing the Bouian Catholic Cathedral they received the blessing of the clergy. The Czar has issued a manifesto grant* ing the nobility facilities for the redernp. tiou of their land from debt, and lessening the interests they pay the Agrarian Bank by one-half per oent.
