| Auckland, November 21. | On Monday an attempt was made by Bailey to dynamite the wreck, but tho attempt was a failure. Little salvage has been secured. The police report that 81 bodies have now been recovered. Gisborne, November 21. The first three engineers, the purser and a number of the crew of the Wairarapa arc through passengers from Auckland by the steamer Te Anau, which left to-night for the South.
