(Per Press Association.) St. Petersburg, Nov. 20. Tho funeral service at the burial of Czar Alexander occupied fonr hours, and was a very impressive one. Many of those taking part in it wero moved to tears. A thousand people held tapers in the Cathedral and showed the brilliant uniforms pf Royal personages and the military The floral tributes from France hid the altar rail, and hundreds of wreaths covered the walls, Half a million of tried Cossacks, armed with tho knout, cleared tho way through the peasantry to allow the procession to advance During the week for which the body was lj'ing in state here, 180,000 subjects viewed it.
