« Messrs V. It. Jackson and Go's Johnsonville report :— There was a full muster of cattle selling readily at about last sale's rate. A fair number ofsheep were yarded with no alterations in value, but piga sold at advanced figures. Cattlo — Best bullocks, L 8 to L 8 12s : medium, L 7 2s (id to L 7 15s : small bullocks. L 6 10s to L 7 ; equal to 20s per lOOlbs. Sheep—Wethei's, 6s 6'd to 9s hid ; ewes. 7s (3d to 9s b'J ; lambs, 68 lQd to 7s 7d. Pips — Small porr kers, 14s to 20s. ' '.■■..
