The Hon. Mr Reaves to Visit Australia.
lI.UDIU UllAOlt + (TEE PKESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, This Day. The Hon. Mr Reeves leaves for Australia by tho Wakatipu to - morrow, chiefly on business couuected with the Labor Department. Tho main object is to enquire into tho labor settlements recently started, especially in Victoria, about which very conflicting reports have been received. He will also take the opportunity to look into the Hospital and Charitable Aid system and questions of local government in which New South Wales lias just began an experiment. He returns before Christmas.
