» (Per Press Association.) Auckland, November 16. The annual show of the Auckland Provincial Agricultural Association was opened to-day. It is the best show yot held. The show was continued to-day in splendid weather ; the attendance was large, and the show of draught stock was very successful. t hristcburch. November 16 Over 350 entries have been received for the spring meeting of the Canterbury Amateur Athletic Club. A relay race, a popular event among American athletes, will take place for the first timo in New Zealand at the meeting.
