Arrival of the Gothic.

-o x (PBB PBBBB ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, November 14. The Gothic's dates are - Plymouth October 6th, Teneriffe October 11th, Cape October 24th, Hobart Novembsr 10th. She had moderate winds until leaving the latter port, when she encountered strong northerly winds with a high beam sea and thick weather, which continued for half the journey across. She brings a small English mail. The Gothic made a record passage from London by this route, the total elapsed time being 38 dayß 10 hours 5 minutes, and the steaming time 37 days 9 hours 20 minutes. The Gothic's best day's run was 870 knots. Among the passengers were the Earl ofYarmouth, and the Hon. Victor Hood, who landed at Hobart, and Count Jouffray D'Abbans, French Consul for New Zealand, with his wife, who land here.
