The Wellington Show
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Norember 14. The weather was fine for the first day's show. The entries number 165 more than last year, and include many from the Wairarapa and some from the Christchtirch show. There is a considerable advance in dairy produce and manufactures. In Southdown sheep, J. Stuckey has the champion ram, ar\d \\<; C. Buchanan the Qbampio.n. ewe. In, Hampshire Downs, A. O'Brien has the champion ram. 'In Hereford ca.ttfe, J,. Stuckey" 'has ''the champion bull a»tl heifer, and Bidwoll Bros, the champion fat bullock, The remainder of the show champiuuuhips decided to-day were: — tiiucolns — Rani, T. Tanner ; ewe, "NY, AVilsou. Romney Marsh— Ram, A. Matthews ; eve, J. 'Best. Cotswolds, ram, U- F. Davidson. Ayrshire Cattle, bull, S. V. Burridgo. Jerseys, bull and cow, A. S. Baker.
