Our con- i temporary saya :— " It is to be regretted that the committee of the Moa Creek School Committee are so narrow minded as to place serious obstacles in the way of a young girl trying to earn a livelihood simply because she happens to be a Eotnan Catholic Surely in the nineteenth century we should be about such paltry actions. It is impossible for us to find language capable of expressing the profound contempt in which we hold the members of thia committee.
