Mr Pearcc, tho first blacksmith in the Pohaugiua Valley, still carries on business in the township. 1 hear tho road leading to the township is to be metalled shortly. This is & good time for doing it, as the mud has all driod up. Settlers are taking advantage of the rino weather to shear thoir sheep. The creamery is putting through a larger quantity of milk than formerly.
