The Death of the Czar.

The post-mortem on the Czar disclosed paralysis of the heart from the effects of disease of the kidnej's, and also inflammation of the left lung. Tho capital is feting over tho accession of Czar Nicholas, and the public mourning for the death of tho late (Ozar is riostponed till Saturday. An official statement shows that the Czar, addressing the Czarina in bis hint wor.ls, said : " I feel that the cud approaches ; bo calm ; I am quite prepared." He then closed his eyes, and commended his soul to God. The aristocracy beliovo that Czar Nicholas is likely to effect startling social and political reforms, partially in recognition of tho popular demands. Pauis, November f>. Paris is in mourning. The buildings afo draped witl) cpapc, and there is a great display of the Russian Hag. The churches aro crowded. London, Nov. 5. The peaceful nature of the mauifesto issued by the Czar has satisfied Europe, and prevented falls on the Bourses. In several of the pulpits in London on Sunday warm tributes wore paid to the character of the late Czar.
