Ix connection with tho oponing of the creamery at Birmingham, we may remind those interested that it has started at a most opportune time because the Cheltenham Factory, with which it is connected, has already dis posed of the output for the season at a good payable price But the dairy farmers must do their utmost to assist by sending in their milk in quantities to keep the creamery in full work, and thus assist in at or in 11 v to runke a success which will carry with it so much tangible profit to themselves otherwise " the goose will not hang so high."
