The River Plate Company to be Re-constructed.
♦- — THE NEW ZEALAND BUSINESS CLOSED. (Per Press Association. London, October 29. The directors of the New Zealand aud River Plate Land Mortgage Agency Company, Limited, have received eighty-five thousand proxies in favour of reforming tl^o Company and against forty-fivo thousand for the contraction of the business and its gradual liquidation. October 30. The New Zealand and River Plate Land and Mortgage Agency Company (Limited), lias resolved to re-construct, and close its New Zealand business retaining its River Plate connections. This is done in accordance with circular of June 16th.
