THE BEGINNING OF THE END. (PER PRKSS ASSOCIATION.) London. October 29 Tho Times asserts that the Czar's medical attendants are now more satisfied with tho results of their treatiueut. The Czar is taking less food, and his couditiou has become weaker. He suffers from a cough, aud when attacked by it discharges blood and phlegm. St. Petersburg, October 29. The wedding of the Czarewitch and Princess Alix has been postponed, pending the arrival of guests. October 30. The Czar is spitting blood in large quantities and at shorter intervals, his ldft lung is affected, and his condition is now very serious.
