Jaekman — such area being part oi the Mount Steward Riding, and to be 3 known as the Oroua Special Rating District — to pay interest and sinking fund on a loan of £250, to be raised under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," for protecting the Bank of the Oroua River ; such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for 26 years, payable in one instalment on Ist Janary in each year.
